Hi! We are a small family run business, our names are Francesca and Matteo and we own Villa Fiore Apartments.
We were both born in Elba Island and have permanently settled here with our little son and our dog after a few years spent in Pisa and abroad.
Our company has been founded since 2018 and we’ve been delighted to host people from all around the world.
We love our job, enjoy meeting new people and want to help you to make the most of your time here. Elba is gorgeous, there’s no better place to live for us, and we want you to leave the island with some great memories! We can give you tips as to what to do and where to eat, drink and shop, but we will completely respect your privacy during your stay!

Il monolocale Ulivo, perfetto per due persone, è curato e pulito. La posizione è a dir poco eccezionale per raggiungere a piedi diverse belle spiagge e Portoferraio. Se tutto ciò non bastasse, Francesca è un valore aggiunto: disponibile, simpatica e precisa. I suoi consigli sono stati molto utili!

We couldn’t have asked for a kinder and more attentive host in Francesca! She was warm and responsive in her communications from beginning to end. She lives nearby as well so is able to respond quickly if something pops up.
