Our 2-Bedrooms-Apartment Limone has been recently restored. It has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, they are both bright, modern and functional. They feature air-con, wardrobe and modern finishes. The beds of the twin bedroom can be joined, in the galleries there are pictures of both settings. The marble bathroom is simply decorated with pale walnut-coloured walls and a shower cubicle. The airy fully equipped kitchen leads outdoor to a gazebo covered area with bbq where you can eat and relax. The closet has enough space for storing your luggage during your stay. It sleeps up to 4 adults and a child. A baby cot or an extra bed and a high chair are provided for free upon request.

The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed. It is in a great location close to the beach, walking distance into the town and a great play park which my son loved. Francesca was very welcoming and quick to reply to any messages.
Très accueillante
Emplacement idéal de la maison: proche de très jolies plages, centre ville accessible à pied… Francesca est très accueillante et très réactive. Le logement est propre, il a une belle terrasse ombragée, il est sur un niveau et on profite d’un agréable jardin. Il y a un emplacement pour la voiture à l’intérieur de la cour et c’est appréciable. Merci à Francesca.
Ein empfehlenswerter Ort!
Wir haben den Urlaub als Familie in der Villa Fiore sehr genossen. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier und das Zentrum/der Hafen ist trotzdem in 8-10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Zwei sehr schöne Strände sind nur 3-5 Minuten entfernt. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswerter Ort.

Appartamento curato nei dettagli, rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione fornita dall’host (ha davvero superato le nostre aspettative). Alloggio dotato di ogni comfort, arredamento moderno e ambienti ampi e puliti. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere le spiagge principali di Portoferraio (distanti circa 5-10 min a piedi) e per una bella passeggiata verso il centro. Accoglienza ottima e host davvero disponibili. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Matteo’s and Francesca’s place was simply amazing. It really made our stay in Elba island special. I guess we will never forget how well we felt at their place. For us is undoubtedly a 5 star rating! 100% recommended. Check-in, check-out were perfectly arranged also according to our needs. Communication with the host was smooth and effective throughout the entire process . The house (a portion of an amazing villa in Portoferraio) was way beyond our expectation. Stylish, super clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all you can possibly need (air-conditioning, TV, strong wifi, garden, patio, barbecue, private parking etc.). Superb location, close to Portoferraio (main harbour in the island) yet in a very quite and green residential area. Walking distance (15 min) from shops/restaurants and most importantly literally 2 min walking distance from what I believe are among the most beautiful beaches in the island. The so called white beaches like Padulella, Cala dei Frati, Sottobomba etc. It is also a very strategic location to use as a base to explore this wonderful island. I know reviews should also speak about cons, but we really could not find one. One suggestion… if you ever stay at this place try to wake up early at least one morning during your staying and simply walk down to the Padullella beach….you will enjoy one of the most beautiful swim ever.
